School Quiz February 7th 2025
16 December, 2024Ballina Credit Union is delighted to announce that entries for the Credit Union School Quiz are now open.
We will be holding the preliminary round of the 2025 Credit Union Schools Quiz on Friday 7th February and would like to invite your school to enter teams of four children.
The competition will have two age-group categories.
- Comp A: Under 11 – for entrants aged 10 or younger on 31st December 2024
- Comp B: Under 13 – for entrants aged 12 or younger on 31st December 2024
As a result of limited space, Ballina Credit Union have imposed a limitation of one team per category for each school. This means a school will be able to enter a maximum of two teams.
Our credit union level quiz will take place in the Ballina Sports Centre (Cathedral Rd, Abbeyhalfquarter, Ballina, Co. Mayo, F26 T8N8) doors open at 7:00 and the quiz begins at 7:30pm sharp.
The winning teams from competition A and B will progress to Stage 2 (Regional Level), a date for which is still to be confirmed. Winners and runners-up from Stage 2 will then qualify for the National Final on Sunday 6th April 2025.
